Do you offer 5x8 or 24x7 support?
Mlytics only provide essential technical and customer support for all customers. If you need more sophisticated support from Mlytics, you need to activate it first.
You can do so by going to ‘Marketplace’ > 'Support package' and select a package that fits your budget and requirements.
There are 2 packages available: Support plan Gold, and Support plan Platinum.
