Understanding your Mlytics free trial
How long is my free trial?
If you're new to the platform, you'll have access to one free 14-day full access trial for your selected domain per account. A trial starts from the day you upgrade your domain. After 14 days, your trial will end immediately, and your domain will be automatically downgraded back to free plan.
Is there any limitation to my free trial?
Your trial will be a ‘Business plan’ trial by default, meaning it's a full access trial with all features available to you during the 14 days period.
Since the default included traffic for the ‘Business plan’ is capped at 1TB, your free 14-day full access trial will also have a 1TB traffic limit.
If the traffic limitation has been exceeded, your free trial will end immediately, and your domain will be automatically downgraded to free plan.
Limited Power-Ups access
Once you’ve activated your free trial, in addition to the Global Accelerator and StackPath that are already available to your free plan, you can also activate the following CDNs in the Power-Ups section:
- Alibaba Cloud
Usage generated via the ‘Basic CDNs’ (Global Accelerator, StackPath, Cloudflare, Alibaba Cloud, and Cloudfront) are counted in the 1TB traffic limit.
However, if you wish to add CDNs that are not mentioned above (i.e. Premium CDNs), they will be subjected to payment.
Are all the Power-Ups free during the free trial as well?
Only Basic CDNs (Global Accelerator, StackPath, Cloudflare, Alibaba Cloud, and CloudFront) are free during the free 14-day full access trial. However, if you've hit the total traffic limit at 1TB, your free trial will end immediately and you are required to add a credit card to proceed to your paid subscription.
Although it is possible to activate the ‘Premium CDNs’ (CDNs other than the ‘Basic CDN’), however, a credit card will be required to access the premium CDNs.

Do I have to pay for anything during the free trial?
No payment method is required upon domains during the trial, and you will not be charged for 14 days.
However, if you add a ‘Premium CDN’ during your trial, a payment transaction will be required, and you will be charged based on the amount of traffic routed to the ‘Premium CDN’.
When will my free trial end?
If any of the following scenario occurred, your trial will automatically ends:
- Your 14-day has ended.
- The total traffic generated via the ‘Basic CDNs’ has exceeded 1TB.
If your trial ends, your domain will be automatically downgraded to free plan.
After you finish your free trial, if you’d like to continue to avail Mlytics Multi CDN services, you will be required to add your credit card information to proceed to your official subscription.
